General Information

This website is operated under the LuxSource Hub trading name. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LuxSource Hub and to the legal owner identified in our Legal Notice.

LuxSource Hub provides this website, including its information, tools, products and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By visiting the website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and the other conditions published in the store.

If you do not agree with these conditions, you must not use the website or make a purchase.

Requirements for Purchasing

To make a purchase, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the law of your country.

Minors may only use the store or make purchases with the authorisation and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during checkout.

Products and Commercial Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product features, images, colours, measurements, availability and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen, lighting or device used. Minor differences that do not affect the product’s essential characteristics will not be considered defects.

Product information may be updated when necessary without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

Prices, Taxes and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to the selected country or market.

Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the product price, applicable taxes, shipping costs and the total amount payable.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s country.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the relevant payment providers. We do not normally store full payment card details.

We may correct an obvious pricing or calculation error before accepting an order. If payment has already been taken, the customer will be informed and given the option of confirming the corrected price or receiving a full refund.

Orders and Contract Formation

By submitting an order, the customer requests to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

The order will be considered accepted when payment has been authorised and an order confirmation has been sent, without prejudice to any rights granted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability.

• An obvious pricing or description error.

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment.

• Shipping restrictions affecting the destination.

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

• Breach of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

Product Availability

Product availability may change without prior notice.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, waiting for restocking or a full refund.

We do not use limited stock messages to restrict any statutory consumer rights.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes and special offers are subject to their stated conditions and validity period.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively to orders that have already been completed.

We reserve the right to correct, suspend or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious error, fraud or misuse, without limiting the rights of customers who have already placed valid orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Orders may be shipped from different fulfilment centres or divided into multiple packages. Customers may therefore receive separate deliveries and tracking numbers without additional standard shipping charges.

For consumer purchases, responsibility for the product remains with us until the customer or an authorised recipient takes physical possession of it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Incorrect Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for checking that the shipping information is correct before completing the purchase.

If an error is detected, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at luxsource.support@gmail.com.

We will attempt to update the information if the order has not yet been processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once it has been shipped.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Nothing in these Terms limits the customer’s mandatory rights, including any right of withdrawal, conformity guarantee, replacement, repair, price reduction or refund granted by applicable consumer law.

We sell to the countries and regions enabled during checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the authorities in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products can legally be imported into their country.
